need advice on a blend to use during period / menstruation ...any ideas ?

2 drops lavender ,1 drop clary sage and 1 drop rose in about 5ml carrier oil, almond is good

Try a soothing blend of
2 drops petit grain oil
+ 2 drops lavender oil
+ 2 drops sandalwood oil:
in 20 ml carrier oil.
Apply to neck and shoulders
