I use a combination of Tea Tree, Lavender and Rosemary. About equal parts and then combine that with witch hazel. It has been amazing for treating my acne.

I also have a client who has a daughter with extreme acne and eczema who uses Essential Patchouli oil. Her skin has cleared up amazingly
