Can anyone help with what oils i should be using for massaging husbands arthritic knee ? and if possible the best carrier oil , i tend to always use almond oil

There are several oils you may want to try:
Eucalyptus, Peppermint (or a combination of the two), Cedarwood, Lavender, Nutmeg, Yarrow, Clove bud and Sage.
